Stan Thomas
Chief Operating Officer, PMDS
With nearly 10 years in the automotive industry, Stan’s vision and thorough understanding of the automotive industry is solidly built upon his extensive automotive experience. After attending Michigan State University and driving quality candidates to OneClip.com as Vice President of Recruiting, Stan pursued his passion for the automotive industry by starting in a large dealer group as a Salesperson. Stan swiftly rose through the ranks, holding positions such as Sales Manager, Director of Internet Services, Director of Business Development, Director of F&I, and General Sales Manager.
Motivated to help improve the broken dealership processes that he had become all too familiar with during his tenure, Stan transitioned out of the dealership and into the role of distributing and providing consulting services for the original DealerUps CRM as Director of Sales, East for the DealerUps, Inc. organization. When JM Dealer Services, Inc. (d.b.a. JMsolutions) acquired DealerUps, Stan continued serving dealers across the country with the CRM solution that he firmly believed helped drive dramatic improvements and results for dealership users. Now, with the acquisition of DealerUps by PMDS, Stan is charged with leading the organization and helping to ensure they deliver on their mission to improve dealership processes with progressive tools and support that yield results.
Guy Manasse
President, PMDS
Guy Manasse is a second generation car dealer and is a graduate of General Motors Institute with a concentration in Dealership Management. He has run several Top 100 dealerships across the country – literally. From California to Florida, including Iowa and Texas, Guy has held the roles of General Manager and Dealer Principal in several successful stores.
Since 1993, Guy has been deeply involved in leveraging the Internet and CRM technology to streamline and increase efficiency of dealership processes. Guy prides himself on his expertise in dealership turnarounds and his specialization in using complex financial analyses to simply make dealership processes more cost efficient. Most recently, Guy used this expertise in his roles as CRM and Executive Consultant with the Cobalt Group and JMsolutions.
